紅遍十四鄉的大鄉里茶記 – 井頭村《水井坊》 好多人說，住在新界的鄉村，有很多的不便，要食，要買野都要搵方法走出市區。事實上，好多規模比較大的鄉村，村內的 facilities 好多都已經好好。說我生活的十四鄉，井頭村算是數一數二的大村。大到有專線小巴入村，大到有地產舖在村內做生意，更大到，有高爾夫球場，有士多等等等等等。當然，也有食。 上次報導了一間小店，這一次就要報導這一間紅遍整個十四鄉的食肆，紅遍整個十四鄉的茶餐廳，位置就在井頭小巴站旁的《水井坊》。 來到《水井坊》，天氣好的時候，最開心就是坐在露天的地方。不計小巴埋站昤散發出的廢氣，坐在這餐廳，可以算是空氣清新，而唯一不足的，就是冇景觀。 晚上有私房菜提供，也有普通的茶記中西晚餐。位於西貢的鄉村，過時過節時，更有盆菜可供預訂。不過，我一直都未有試過他們的盆菜出品，因為食來食去都係元朗果間。 說回這一餐，我們一家7個人一起來的。雖沒有一人一份餐 (也許可以說是一人一份野食，因為不少東西是沒有套餐的。)，但我們都算做有中有西，吃得豐富。 其中一份食物包了一個例湯，該日的例湯是西洋菜豬骨湯。味道清甜，雖然不是百份百家的感覺，但對於少飲湯的人永遠是開心的。 鹽焗雞是《水井坊》的其中一個推介。雞皮煙韌，咬入口時帶普可愛的爽脆感。肉質結實有味道，只是我們分到的是翼位，若是能夠得到雞胸，應該會更有味道。 梅菜排骨是該日的午市套餐之一。粒粒肉排實在令人吃得開心。加埋汁撈飯，很美味，是其中一個美妙的男人浪漫味道。 羅宋湯螺絲粉，酸度比較高，但這正正就是我想要的味道。因為又夠份量，酸酸味味的，感覺上亦不會太飽肚，連湯，連螺絲粉，一整碗的東西都可以食落肚，好味道亦不浪費。 同行的老人家牙力不好，所以我們點了一個焗肉醬意粉。肉醬加芝士，非常之香口，而意粉就算了，茶餐廳的全發漲意粉。口感雖是一般，但考慮到食用者是牙力不好的長者，也是不錯的。 煎蛋兔治牛肉意粉，其實亦即是肉醬意粉。叫的目的是給小朋友食的，成家人傻傻氣的，砍碟到齊才知道鬧了雙胞胎。沒有了芝士的香，沒有了焗過的香，但多了的是一個半熟的煎蛋。味道上同樣的濃烈，撈勻之後同焗的差別亦不大，都是可口易入口的一碟。 最後，是人人都有一杯的奶茶。香港式的奶茶，香口亦夠滑，在區內，算得上是不錯的了。 就腳，方便，《水井坊》主要服務區內居民，多了許多分的親切感，是區村民/街坊飲食的首選。 餐廳名稱：水井坊茶餐廳 地址：西貢西沙路井頭村83號地下 Reference from: https://stanksh4food.blogspot.com/2017/06/blog-post_17.html Read more...
